These are quite difficult to get on unless you are putting them on your leg and can easily use both hands. I have done as it advises removing two of the adhesive backing, but it sticks to itself and when trying to pull apart goes all out of shape, does not stick around the pod properly and ends up creased and uncomfortable. Have had to throw two away already only used 4. Will not bother again.
