Terms and Conditions / Returns or Refunds

Prices for goods on the Website appear on the product pages.

For customers based within the UK : the prices for goods on the Website include all applicable taxes.

For customers based outside the UK: the prices for goods on the Website may not include all applicable taxes.

If you order from us from outside the UK, there might be import duties and taxes to pay to get your parcel. These charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery address and you will be responsible for the payment of those.

We have no control over these charges and can't predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.



Delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and vary depending on the delivery service you select, the country of delivery and the quantity/weight of goods ordered.

Please note we are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.



Our policy is valid for purchases made in the past 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, or goods made to order such as pump pouches cannot be returned.

We also do not accept products that are sealed health and personal care items, and returned unsealed such as socks, test strips and meters.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected (please allow up to 7 days for us to process your request) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@diabeticsupply.co.uk.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your goods were sent faulty originally.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and return shipping is the senders liability.

Promotional sales may exclude selected items and the purchase of gift vouchers. All items will be marked down if included in a promotion unless a discount code is required, in which case the final price will display once the code has been entered correctly at checkout. Only one discount code can be applied to an order. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be redeemed after this point. Diabetic Supply UK reserves the right to change or end a promotion at any time without notice.


Any competition or giveaway promoted by Diabetic Supply UK is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Inc. By entering, entrants confirm they are 16+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility and agree to Instagram's terms of use. Winners will be contacted via DM on Instagram and will also be announced on stories and/or in the caption of the original post on Diabetic Supply's account. Prize fulfilment is subject to availability and may differ from promotional images and information. Diabetic Supply UK reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the prize in its sole discretion, unless such substitution is prohibited by law. Prizes are non-transferable and Diabetic Supply UK need not substitute a prize based on winner's request.


Here’s how to order & donate!

Direct message us @diabeticsupplyuk (on Instagram) with your interest in one of the items on our stories AND your email address, you’ll then be sent a link via email directing you to payment page. This is on a first-come-first-serve basis. The first message with their email address we receive, will secure the item. Please note: if there is no response after 24hrs, the specified product will be passed on to the next customer in line. Complete payment as normal and wait for your order to arrive!

The proceeds received from the sale will be added together and donated to charity. We will provide proof of this transaction via our Instagram account.

All donation sale orders will be charged and sent via a Second-Class service. This charge will be calculated at checkout depending on order value and size (maximum £3.49). The value of these products (excluding postage) will be donated fully to charity. These products included in the scheme will not be applicable for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Any defects of these products will be presented and photographed before point of sale.
